This research can be a useful tool for students and professionals who are in the process of seeking their first opportunity or who have lost their job. Even for those executives who will decide to change their career path by facing day to day the challenge of selection processes. En vista de la situación económica de la Unión Europea, una preocupación creciente de los graduados en ciencias empresariales y sociales es el fenómeno de encontrar trabajo y, por lo tanto, las habilidades profesionales requeridas por las empresas modernas, causas y consecuencias a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
